Jaipur: ACB damaged the corruption racket at Rajasthan Skill and Liverihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) on Saturday and arrested two employees for allegedly accepting RS 5 Lakh bribes.
This agency also confiscated cellphones from two IAS officers – RSLDC Chairman Neeraj K Pawan and MD Pradeep K Gawande – to investigate their roles.
The captured Duo was identified as the Coordinator of the Ashok Sangwan RSLDC scheme (left over Pic) and Rahul Kumar Garg, a lecturer assistant who did representatives as a corporate manager.
They have searched for the number of substitutes for cleaning bills and banks warranty and to give permission to continue the training program by a complainant.
“Complainants, who were involved in the training program, approached we said the accusations demanded Rs 5 Lakh to clean the bill worth Rs 1.5 Crore and also to continue permission to the training company.
Acting about this, Special Unit-II verifies complaints and places a trap,” ACB said Dg BL Soni.
RSLDC was included as a company part 25, the company was not for profit, in 2010 with the main secretary as its chairman.
As part of its main action, he establishes a skills training mechanism by involving training partner institutions to implement training programs throughout the state.
“In an investigation so far, we have incriminating evidence of Gawande.
We will investigate his role in the racket.
Our team has confiscated his cellphone,” he added.
Pawan’s direct role has not been established.
“Our team intercepted him near Jodhpur and had caught his cellphone,” said Soni.
