Jaipur: For the first time since June 13, the state witnessed more than 300 Covid cases in a day on Saturday.
In the last 24 hours, the country reported 301 cases took the overall calculation to 9.56,528.
No reported deaths and the number of victims reached 8,964.
The active case is currently standing at 1,247.
On June 13, the state has reported 308 cases.
The highest number of cases reported from Jaipur where 192 people were found infected.
In addition, the country witnessed the highest number of active cases since July 3 when recorded 1,260 active cases.
Active cases have increased from 963 to 1247 in the last 24 hours with an increase of 29.5%.
192 cases in the city were reported from 46 different regions, while the address of the four cases was not found.
The highest cases found from Malviya Nagar where 17 people were found to be infected with a virus, followed by Vaishali Nagar (13), Ajmer Road (12), Durgapura (11), Mansarovar (10), Sodala and Jawahar Nagar reported nine cases each , While Shastri Nagar, Jhotwara and Johri Bazaar reported eight cases each.
Active cases in Jaipur have increased to 796.
