Jaipur: Speaker C P Joshi decided to continue the assembly session on Friday after postponing the sinus of the house on Wednesday after the request from the Chief Minister of Ashok Gehlot.
He was upset with the MLAS Congress for a difficult behavior and did not follow the business rules at home.
Joshi complained to Gehlot about the behavior of the ruling party of MLA and spoke with the leader of the Kulab Chand Kataria opposition.
It was lowned that Gehlot had won over Joshi to continue the session, scheduled until September 18 to complete the registered business.
Speaking to the media after a function at the Pink City Press Club on Thursday, Joshi said, “Because the business advisory committee has decided on a home business until September18, I have to respect the decision.
So, the assembly will do business according to the schedule on Friday and Saturday.
“Following the direction of the speaker, the Assembly Assembly Promil Kumar Mathur issued a notification on Thursday to overthrow the session from Friday.
The speaker was angry after the ruling party member deviated from the topic despite being reprimanded by the chair while discussing the compulsory registration of the Marriage (Amendment) of the RUU 2021 on Wednesday.
When the speaker summoned the deputy leader of the opposition Rajendra Rathore to speak to the bill, the Minister of Transportation of Pratap Singh Kachrawan was also stood up to say something.
The speaker then reprimanded the minister.
Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Shanti Dhariwal then stood up to defend the Minister of Transportation.
A Joshi annoyed said that he delayed the process of the house and left the house with a surprise from the powerful and opposition members.
The problem began when the Minister of Transportation began to reply to Rajasthan state road transportation services (prolater of travel without tickets) (Amendment) Bill, 2021 where penalty for travel without tickets increased to a maximum RS 2,000.
The opposition has demanded a comprehensive bill to save the public transportation corporation lost losses instead of approaching little by little.
