Udaipur: The incidence of wild animals deviates to increased residential areas in the Bedla area and Lakhawali in the Udaipur area.
Housing colonies on the outskirts of the city have witnessed several leopard incidents deviating in colonies and attacking pets.
In a recent incident on Monday night, the movement of a panther was arrested in CCTV cameras in the area of Lakhawali.
Panther jumped over the wall boundary but was chased by a pet dog.
In another incident, Hyena entered Priyadarshini Nagar Bedla around 1pm on Friday.
It was seen by the guard in the colony.

In the morning, the population told the deputy Pradhan Pratap Singh Rathore about the incident.
“We have told the forest department about the frequent incidents of wild animals that deviate to the area,” Rathore said.
The forestry department must put a trap or make arrangements to capture these animals to avoid accidents.
