Mobile Van will help in testing food in place and speed up the process of destroying dipper and stale foods, officials said.
The Civic body has received a van, worth the RS 35 Lakh, through the initiative of the Indian Food Security Standard Authority (FSSAI) and the State Government.
It will go around the city of Rajkot and rural areas and also test the quality of milk, butter and other dairy products with ‘Milkosans’.
