Ludhiana: Police on Friday arrested a registered medical practitioner (RMP) because it caused the death of a patient with negligence.
The defendant has been identified as Subhash Kumar from Deep Singh Nagar.
A pine was submitted to Him in the Arjan statement from the same locality.
Arjan Kusamwati’s wife, 31, has died on Wednesday.
Diarjan said his wife was severe toothache.
When Subhash runs a clinic in their area, he takes it there for care.
Subhash gave a few drugs, however, he was not relieved.
On November 2, Arjan took him back there and RMP gave him injection.
Immediately after getting it, Kusamwati didn’t realize and died.
“Subhash gave my wife the wrong injection which caused her death,” Arjan added Subhash giving injection to the woman after he died.
The police have registered a case against it below the 304-A section (causing death due to negligence) IPC on Wednesday.
He was arrested on Friday.
