Guwahati: Governor of Tamil Nadu RN Ravi on Wednesday resigned as an opponent to the process of making a dragon peace process for the former Special director IB AK Mishra to take over as the other person to speech for the longest peace talks.
Mishra has taken over as a new interlocutor and is expected to continue talks with all dragon groups immediately.
Mishra has held informal talks since January this year after NSCN (IM) refused to sit across the table with Ravi.
The two parties fell after Ravi refused to compromise on the demands of NSCN (IM) for a separate flag and dragon constitution.
