Road separator sector 112 and 114 cleaned from wild residents, 50 structures are bombarded

Gurgaon: A team consisting of officials from the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) and Gurgaon City corporation (MCG) destroyed 50 structures that penetrated the green area along the main road separator sector 114 and 112 on Thursday.
Wild residents also explore the road lanes, blocking traffic movements.
Drive demolition was carried out after complaints were submitted in the CM window that accused encroachment by stone crusher units, dhabas, several shops and welding units, as well as other commercial units, in green belts and roads.
The road separation sector of 60m-wide 114 and 112 is about 2 km long and connects new sectors along the Dwarka toll road to Old Najafgarh Road.
Joint team, which includes GMDA Estate officers Rajeev Lamba, Tehsildar Krishhan Kumar, MCG of Sunil Bushs and other officials from both civil bodies, carried out demolition in front of around 50 police officers.
“Complaints submitted in the CM window on encroachment said.
Encrustment is carried out by locals and they have rented land for commercial activities, he added.
Envantation and lack of connectivity are the main challenges in new sectors, where a large number of housing communities do not have access to black streets.
“The road is incomplete or interrupted.
None of the green belts along the road developed, which has provided space to penetrate,” said Manoj Mishra, a resident of Sector 112.
“Caregivers returned a few weeks after demolition.
Most encroachment is by locals Who has received compensation for their land acquisition but continues to utilize the land for their own purposes, “he added.
