Rajkot: The police on Tuesday arrested Bhavanisinh Mori (54), a resident of Wadhvan City, Surendranagar District in connection with RS 20.55 Lakh Cash robbery in July.
They recovered Rs 14.84 lakh from the defendant and also seized the duplicate gun used in the crime.
The hunt is on the accomplice of Nab Bhavanisinh Karan Mori, which is at run 20.55 lakh cash in July this year.
Naliyadhara and his friend Kartik Patel had a trading company at the Surdranagar Agricultural Product Market Committee (APMC).
“Naliyadhara was told that Bhavanisinh could help him change the black money to white.
On July 5, Naliyadhara met Bhavanisinh, who reportedly demanded commission one percent.
Bhavanisinhg also said that he would transfer the number through RTGs as soon as he got cash,” said the police.
When Naliyadhara and his friend Jayraj Bhayani went to Bhavanisinh with Rs 20.55 lakh in Wadhwan, Bhavanisinh grabbed a cash bag and held a gun on them before escaping with Karan’s aide.
