Robbery suspect That escaped Feb nabbed

PUNE: A group of Pune authorities’s local offense division (LCB) about Monday nabbed a burglar suspect in the resort at Goregaon place in Mumbai.
The defendant had escaped from the custody of Rajgad authorities while he had been retained at the sub-jail in Bhor about February 17.
Pravin Raut (29) of all Indapur was detained by the authorities on February 9 because of his alleged participation in a robbery at a jewelry store in Khed Shivapur about August 6, annually.
Five men, such as Pravin and yet another offender Chandrakant Lokhande robbed the store of decorations worth Rs 17.4 lakh.
The suspects had started fire at an attempt to dissuade a bunch from apprehending them following the store owner raised an alert.
A police officer stated the Chandrakant and Pravin were detained on February 9 and were also lodged at the sub-jail.
The duo was able to escape the sub-jail on February 17, ” he explained.
The authorities detained Chandrakant on April 15, although he had been heading to Karnataka at a bus while Pravin was on the run.
Lately, police obtained a tip-off which Pravin was staying at a resort in Goregaon.
“We jumped the resort and took him into custody.
He’s been passed over to this Bhor authorities for additional probe,” the officer stated.
