Kabul: Afghan police chief said a rocket had hit the northwest neighborhood of the Kabul International Airport in the middle of the US evacuation there, killing a child.

“I direct them to take every possible step to prioritize strength protection, and ensure that they have all authorized parties, resources and plans to protect our men and women on the ground,” Biden said.
The United States conducted a military attack on Sunday in Kabul, two US officials told Reuters.
The official, spoke with the terms of anonymity, said that the strike targeted the alleged ISIS-K militants.
They said they quote initial information and warned it could change.
