New Delhi: Champion National Rohit Chamoli (48kg) defeated Mongolia Otgonbay Tuvshinzaya in the intense final to win gold at the Asian Junior Boxing Championship in Dubai on Sunday.
Chamoli rallied after losing the opening round to win 3-2 in the contest fought.
Then tonight, Gaurav Saaini (70kg) and Bharat Joon (+ 81kg) will fight for a gold medal in a male competition.

The gold medalist in the Junior category will be provided with USD 4,000 while USD 2,000 and 1,000 will be given to the winner of the silver and bronze medal.
On Monday, 15 Indian boxers will fight for gold on the youth.
Nivedita (48kg), Tanjungna (50kg), simran (52kg), Neha (54kg), preeti (57kg), preiya (60kg), khushi (66kg), sneha (66kg), khushi (71kg), tanishbir (81kg) will Action in the category of women.
