Rohit injury and Jadyja at NCA to regain fitness

Bengaluru: Captain of Indian White Rohit Sharma and All-Rounder Ravindra Jadeja have started their rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) here after being ruled out from the test series to come in South Africa due to injury.
The two senior players were seen in NCA with India U-19 captain Yash Dhull in his social media post.
The U-19 team currently camping in NCA in front of the Asian Cup began in the UAE from December 23.
Rohit, named Captain Odi last week replacing Virat Kohli, was to travel to South Africa as a deputy captain of the test.
The team for the series ranging from December 26 but a hamstring injury during the training ruled out it.
The expected recovery time is between three and four weeks.
Captain ‘A’ Captain Priyank Panchal was named to replace Rohit in a test forces who reached South Africa on Thursday for the series.
Senior appetizer, who took over as captain of the T20i against New Zealand last month, is expected to be available to lead the team for the South African tour tour, which will take place in January.
Jadeja has been ruled out from a tour of South Africa due to a knee injury, which he used during the New Zealand test series at home last month.
He may take longer to recover from his injury.
