Ghaziabad: Agency hired to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for the RopeWay link proposed between the Vaishali Metro Station in the Blue line and Mohan Nagar station in the red line has submitted documents to the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GA).
Project costs have been set at RS 487 Crore and arranged to be completed in 2024.
“Ropeway will connect Vaishali and Metro Station Mohan Nagar, distance of 5.17 km.

The metro line between Vaishali and Mohan Nagar will cost around Rs 1,800 Crore, he added.
In addition to the terminal station, Ropeway will have two things, in Vasundhara and Vaishali.
“The Vaishali-Mohan Nagar route was chosen because the alignment of the Metro corridor was almost directly here and there was enough space available along the railway line where the Ropeway Carriage would ply,” Sinha said.
