The Indian couple recorded 6: 29.66 to complete the fifth in the last F, which was not a medal, and ended at 11 overall in the sea forest lane.
Ireland, Germany and Italy won gold, silver and bronze each after the last race later on.
On Wednesday, Arjun and Arvind failed to qualify for medals after finishing sixth and last in the second semifinals.
