Greater Noida: District President BJP Vijay Bhati allegedly told Gnida employees that the party must be informed about every activity that occurred in their village.
A team of Gnida Sanitation department sprayed sanitiser in Palla Village last week.
In the two-minute audio clip distributed on social media, Bhati said to the Supervisor Gnida Yogesh Lohia that they were not informed of a visit to the village.
“Next time, no one from the authority will be allowed to enter the village.
You can notify the CEO I use these words,” Bhati said.
He ignored Lohia’s answer that he had told Sanket Bhati, a village youth.
“The government is ours, everything is ours.
So, when something happens in our village …
we must be informed,” Bhati said, adding that “the election approached in five six months”.
“A team came to the village and began spraying without previous intimacy.
I asked Lohia why we were not told …
What if there was damage? If our people are there, we will not let anyone make a mistake,” he said .
