Prasagraj: Constable Force Protection Railway Alert (RPF) on Friday saved the lives of a passenger who fell on a platform while descending from the moving train and very close to being hit.

The train authority said that a passenger, identified as Puran Lal, 60, made an effort failed to step down from a moving Brahmaputra letter (05956) on the Platform no.

The passenger was trapped close to the gap between the moving train and platform when a RPF police, Dinesh Rai, after seeing passenger life in danger, hurrying and pulling it away from the train, thus preventing the tragedy.
