Mumbai: Anti-narcotics cells on Wednesday captured two drug vendors in Bandra and restored illegal drugs with RS 1 Crore tones from them.
According to officials, around 2 kg Charas was found in the ownership of the duo.
The case has been registered with them under the drug and psychotropic narcotics (NDPS) and further investigation.
Officials tried to find out illegal narcotics sources and if the duo planned to sell it to third parties.
In the same incident, Thane police anti-narcotics cells on July 1 had arrested three alleged drug vendors and had recovered nearly 2 kg of Charas from them.
Total drugs amounted to RS 40 Lakh.
In addition, 224 grams of marijuana and 16 LSD papers were also confiscated from the trio.
A few days ago, a woman was arrested from the Nagga area of Mumbai with Hashish worth Rs 1 Crore.
According to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Oly Old Goods were taken to the city of Jammu and Kashmir.
During the operation, the NCB also found that drug vendors used women and minors for narcotics trade in the city.
