Letter: Sleuth Branch Crime arrested two brothers from Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday because of their alleged involvement in the theft of Rs 90 Lakh Cash from the leading developer office in the new city light area on October 10.
The police recovered the cash of Rs 98.8 lakh who was buried by a hole behind their house in Chhoti Jiri in the Alirajpur MP district.
The investigation revealed that the brothers stole a total of Rs 1.75 Crore but when registering complaints, the victim was not aware of the exact amount stored in the locker.
The police found two cellphones worth the total RS 20,000 purchased from stolen money while the remaining 76 lakh Hospital had not been restored.
The defendant gave money to his girlfriend and his father.
The police arrested Ampas Bishan Mandlii Patel (20) and his brother Nepal (26), both the village of Chhoti Jiri.
Mandloi went to stay at Indore after hiding cash.
The police suspected that Ajit Bind (25), which was found depend on October 12 in the quarter of Western construction staff met Marroi when the duo came to steal cash.
Worried that his name would be associated with theft he ended life.
Mandloi was employed as a boy at the Western Construction Office.
He worked there until September and quit the job to stay in his village.
During his work, he watched the cashier and cash management movement in the office.
He realized where the locker lock was stored.
“He told the police that he needed money to pay the five-lakh rs debt he was taken by his father’s tuition fees.
However, we have not confirmed whether he said the truth,” said a police officer.
Mandloi doesn’t work anywhere sincerely and used to spend whatever he gets.
Mandlii left his village with his brother Nepal on October 10th morning by bus and reached the city at night.
After arriving, he went to a crime with a closed face.
Because it’s Sunday, no one is present in the office.
He opened the drawer to get a locker key and steal cash.
His movements were arrested on CCTV cameras too.
