Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) has issued a warning notification of the use of authority logos illegally to promote products or projects.
Every company or builder found using the Gnida logo without permission will be fined ₹ 10 lakh followed by the act of rental cancellation.
“Authority has decided to impose a fine of ₹ 10 lakh on a company that will use unauthorized logo applications for their product promotion, projects or units.
Also, the cancellation of the rental deed and the plot map specified will be carried out if we find a violation of this rule,” said Santosh Kumar, officers at Cell Cell Builder Cell Gnida (OSD).
This step emerged after complaints about several companies found using the Gnida logo without permission in their publicity to win investor confidence, the official said.
