Rs 10 on per liter of wine bottles in Maha now

Mumbai: Maharashtra on Tuesday announced Rs 10 at per liter of wine (all types of wine) bottles as a nominal tax tax.
Meanwhile, the state is ready to release notifications that allow sales of wine bottles through shops everyday needs, department shops, bakery etc.
This is mainly because the majority wine has a very low pure spirit or alcohol content compared to other liquor.
Also a large number of restaurants and bakery using wine for food making.

New taxes will only produce RS 5 Crore income for the country but will help the excise administration know the number of bottles of wine sold on the market, the main Secretary of Excise Valsa Nair Singh.
As per rough estimates, Liter 70 lakh at this time per year of sales in this country is expected to rise to 1 liter of crore and beyond so liberal policies announced, the source shows.
The source of the Excise Ministry said the bar would be allowed to sell sealed wine bottles and for a 200 meter norm wine bar between the two would be lost.
The rod can even offer wines in the scatter or cans for entry and die consumption on beer lines according to the proposed policy, the source said.
Officials told TII that new policies could be announced in a few days.
It can be stated that the country’s excise recently made a big decision to reduce the duties on imported liquor such as whiskey of up to 150% from the start of 300%.
