Aurangabad: The state government has issued direction to investigate alleged sales of agricultural owned main land producing market committees in the city with prices throws away.
Land size is around four hectares located in the city, the heart of the city, and is appreciated by more than Rs 100 Crore.
According to the record, this land is allegedly sold for Rs 21.75 Crore.
The decision to sell Prime Property was taken during the APMC monthly general body meeting held on May 17, 2019.
The State Government, in its communication on December 13, to the Pune-based Agricultural Marketing Council marketed, has asked the director to conduct investigations into sales Land under market tariffs and send reports.
Secretary of Secretary of Veena Development Department Urban More on December 14 also fired communication to the Aurangabad Aurangabad City Administrator Kumar Pandey, asked him to immediately investigate and submit a report to the government.
This has been attended by the State Revenue Department on December 17 issued direction to the Aurangabad District Collector Sunil Chavan to examine the alleged land transaction, how it was done and also to file its conclusions.
The probe ordered the district collector quoting that the term APMC ended in July this year and was given a conditional extension until October 23, 2021, while asking for the body to not take the main financial decisions or decisions.
Communication also quotes that violating existing norms, layout has been marked even in the parts of the land provided for various purposes and plots of this layout have been given illegally to the members, which are part of the tender process.
The letter quoted the complaint submitted by the Minister of State income which even though the court issued an order to complete land transactions unless the complete amount of property was not accepted, APMC immediately completed the transaction after receiving the first installment, finally causing a loss around Rs 50 Crore.
The letter also quoted a series of violations in land demarcation and implemented their registration, while asking the district collector to submit a reply as soon as possible.
