RS 11.5-CR defendant theft was held in another case

Noida: The main defendant in the alleged theft of gold and more cash than the hospital.

Police Noida now plans to help the accused – Gopal – produced at the Surajpur Court, after proposing a warrant against the defendant.
If the Delhi court acknowledged the warrant, the defendant had to be produced before the Surajpur Court in connection with the theft and subsequent case, Police Noida could submit a request for disposal of his police custody.
After submitting FIR in the case of gold recovery and cash from seven thieves, who claimed that they stole cash and the value of gold around Rs 11.5 Crore from the flats in the larger Silver City Noida community, the police had been looking for a gopal for the past one month , DCP (Noida) Rajesh told Ti that they had information about the gopal captured from the Jagatpuri police station in the Shahdara Delhi zone on Saturday night in connection with the ARM case.
“The police can now prepare a warrant against him and submit to the Delhi court concerned to connect it to our case and produced to the Surajpur court.
Furthermore, he can be taken on the detention by the Noida police,” he said.
On June 11, Police Noida recovered 13.09 kg of gold in biscuits and RS 57 lakh cash from six thieves suspected of stealing the same thing from the flat owner of the law firm, according to the police.
The theft was allegedly executed in September last year from the flats in Greater Noida City Society in the Delta I sector but no complaints have been made as a high owner of the flat want to avoid the involvement of the Department of Income Tax and other institutions, the police suspect.
Then, the seventh defendant was arrested and more gold and cash was recovered from his ownership too, with a total recovery estimated at around Rs 11.5 Crore.
FIR is submitted under the IPC 414 section (anyone who voluntarily helps in hiding or disposing or slapping property that he knows or has a reason to believe it will be stolen by the property) to ten people including the accused gopal, Arun alias Chhatri, Rajan Bhati, Arun, Jai Singh, Neeraj, Bintu, Anil, Sintal, Pankaj and Sunny.
The FIR said that after being questioned tightly, the defendant told the police that the robbery occurred in a flat taken by rent by Aide Rammani Pandey and his son Kislay Pandey.
Duo father-child has denied relationships with flats.
According to the police, the Gopal was the mastermind from the conspiracy to do theft at home.
Pradeep, the driver of the sons who was later arrested, allegedly shared information about a large amount of cash and gold stored in Silver City flats with one of his acquaintances which in turn leaked information and shared it with the gopal, was accused of the main theft.
“The driver has leaked information that reached the gopal and the last planned theft in the flat,” said an officer.
