Mumbai: I-T probe into election statements from Shiv Sena’s Byculla Mla Yamini Jadhav has called it “wrong”.
Referring to the loan mentioned, it is said that “from the facts collected, it can be concluded that Rs 1 Crore does not take the characters of the loan taken by it but it is (he) own money and therefore, especially about the responsibilities of this account revealed in Affidavit As submitted by it is mistaken.
“Learned that it can send a report to the Election Commission to disqualify Yamini as MLA to provide false details in the election affidavit.
Yamini Yashwant Jadhav’s husband is Chairman of the BMC strong stand committee who has the last authority to approve all major financial proposals from the Civic body.
The BMC selection is scheduled before March 2022.
Yashwant denied all the accusations.
“We have provided an accurate declaration in Affidavit with the fact at that time.
All explanations are given to the authorities concerned.
This is a false accusation made to slander us,” he said.
I-T has taken Affidavit Election 2019 Yamini for supervision, where he stated assets worth Rs 7.5 Crore, and his husband’s wealth as Rs 4.6 Crore.
He also mentions a loan Rs 1 Crore from Pradhan Dealer.
I-T investigation discovered that Pradhan dealers were controlled by Kolkata Operators Hawala Uday Shankar Mahawar, through two other companies: Skyline Commercial Ltd.
and Supersoft Suppliers Ltd.
These companies have Dummy director.
I-T said the Maharan collected cash from Jadhav, coat them through the company shell before transferring into the Pradhan dealer account.
Then transferred as a loan.
In a statement to I-T, Mahawar admitted that he provided accommodation entries to several shell companies.
The current Pradhan dealer director, Chandrashekhar Rane, and former director Priyesh Jain admitted that they were Director of Dummy who worked on the instructions of members.
They all claim to spoil illegal financial transactions and help Jadhav pairs to legitimize them not countless for cash.
The name Mahawar has emerged in the case of the National Herald, which involved Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi Congress.
