Lucknow: The state government on Sunday claims to have disbursed Rs 2.75 lakh Crore through direct benefit (DBT) transfers under various welfare schemes in the past four and a half years.
On Saturday, the government rises to be credited with Rs 1,980 Crore to a bank account from parents 1.8 Crore students for school uniforms, sweaters, bags, shoes and socks.
