Rs 20 Lakh Looted from ATM Kiosks in Muzaffarpur

Patna: Unknown armed criminals covered with RS 20 Lakh after tearing an ATM kiosk using a gas cutter located on Jalan Kacchi-Pakki under the area of ​​the Muzaffarpur conscious police station on Sunday.
The incident was suspected of happening between 2 and 3 in the morning when heavy rains in the area.
However, the police were told around 1 noon about the incident.
Aware of the Sho Police Station Satayendra Kumar Mishra said that the kiosk was from Bank Axis and a problem was revealed when a caregiver went in place in the afternoon to open and clean it for general use.
“Thieves have used a gas cutter to cut the iron chest in the kiosk that has cash in it.
There is no warning received by the Bank Axis authority that the kiosk was damaged.
At present, the police have initial information that RS 20 is stolen from kiosks,” said Sho Mishra.
Sho said that the thieves had also burned a CCTV camera installed in the kiosk using a gas cutter.
“We are investigating this problem.
After the Bank’s authority provides us to be completed, it will become clear that if it is directly run by a bank axis or by other private companies on behalf,” he said in replying query.
Sho said that the kiosk was used to function only during the day and close at night every day.
“Criminals first damaged the kiosk shutter to get in.
After that they might take their time to calmly cut the machine and take money,” he said.
Mishra said that while running away, the criminals once again pulled the shutter completely so that no one could see in the morning that the ATM kiosk was open.
“The police are investigating this problem.
CCTV camera recordings are watching out to identify the suspects and how they reach that place,” he said.
Sho said that the authorities had not submitted a written application.
“They ensured the number left in the kiosk when it was closed on Saturday night,” he added to further investigation into progress.
