Officials said that according to tender conditions, the company will face a penalty of 0.5% from the total number of late per week.
Officials said while several sites were handed over to the company on June 16, some were submitted on June 25 and that they would count the right number of penalties for the location where oxygen plants did not operate in 30 days.
In the past, Mumbai City Guardian Minister Aslam Shaikh had accused “improving matches” in the BMC oxygen plant contract that was worth around Rs 320 Crore.
