Ludhiana: Suspended the good news for the district, especially the industrial sector, Dixon Technologies has decided to establish an electronic manufacturing factory of RS 300 Crore in Ludhiana in a joint venture with the Bharti group.
The top management of the company met with Charanjit Minister Singh Channi’s chairman in Chandigarh on Tuesday to hold a discussion.

They discuss matters relating to the entire business opportunity for the electronic manufacturing sector in Punjab.

Vachani gave CM from the venture joint (JV) with the Bharti group with an investment around Rs 300 Crore, including land and buildings.
He said they had received production approval related to incentives (pli) under the government of the Indian PLI scheme for the telecommunications sector.
Vachani said recently, Dixon Technologies and Beetel Teletech Limited had entered JV.
JV company, Dixon Electro Appliances Private Limited, has acquired manufacturing facilities in Ludhiana.
“Excellent infrastructure, policy incentives, great connectivity, and abundant technical trained workers supported by various education institutions and prestigious research in Punjab are determinants,” he added.
