Imphal: Manipur dog lovers and Yening Yening Yening have announced a cash prize of Rs 60,000 for information about two people who killed a dog in the districts though on Sunday.
The club held a poster campaign in the Thoal District on Tuesday, looking for justice for the animal.
A statement by the club said two men who were transmitted through the bicycle killed the dog, Myo, in Wangjing Lamding Cherapura and took the carcass.
The dog belongs to the local residents, Longjam Anandkumar.
It is said that if needed, the members will submit a memorandum to the government seeking justice for dogs and also urging him to examine cruelty towards animals.
Last month, the police saved 48 dogs, all cram inside the cage and were being transported in a mini-truck, at the Kakching District.
However, two dogs were found dead later.
