MUMBAI: Almost a lakh workers from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) are to get their annual salary even since the government recently declared a budget of Rs 600 crore to your bus organization.
Maharashtra ST Karmachari Congress chief Shrirang Barge stated that the staffers needed a feeling of trust once they learned about the financial aid a couple of days ago and which contained cash to disburse the wages.
“The wages generally comes from your 7th of the month, however it has been two months that employees have been awaiting their cover.
It’s frustrating and we need they get their wages this week,” he explained.
A MSRTC official stated the authorities had approved the third fiscal help of Rs 600 crore of which Rs 300 crore could be spent to cover employees’ wages for fourteen years.
The prior financial support received has been Rs 550 crore at July 2020 and Rs 1000 crore at December 2020.
