RS 72 lakh disanctions for waste recycling factories at the Rajrappa temple

RAMGARH: District administration has gave sanctions 72 lakh RS to establish two waste recycling plants at the Chinnamaastika Temple in Rajrappa, Deputy Commissioner Madhavi Mishra said on Sunday.
Plants will help keep both rivers flowing through Area – Damodar and Bhairvi – free from pollution because of a large number of puja equipment is dumped on two water bodies every day.
“According to the plan, two separate plants for solid and liquid waste will be arranged,” said Mishra, added that VIP visited the temple had suggested to the government to keep the two rivers clear of the waste issued by the temple, which was asked by the authorities to regulate the waste recycling plant .
The administration has prepared a proposal to install a factory a year ago but there is a scarcity of funds.
The source said that the administration will use funds from the basic belief in regency minerals for the project.
Rishabh Singh, the project monitoring unit officer, said that this project is expected to be completed within 15 months after the tender.
Both factories will be arranged on a land plot measuring 300sqft.
In addition, the bio-gas plant will be set to produce 45KV power.
Ajay Panda, a senior priest in the temple, said, “On average, we get 5,000 years of age and almost five of the wastewater quintals are produced every day.
This project will help keep the river and the temple drain is clean.” Rajrappa is one of five major tourist destinations in the state and is currently being developed as a global tourist hotspot by the State Tourism Department with an estimated cost of Rs 2,000 Crore.
