RSS, union left annoyed in Rajnath told the company

Nagpur: Minster’s Defense Statement in Rajnath Singh in Nagpur that he thanked the Employees of Armament Factory because he had peacefully agreed that the government’s move to corporatization had left the leaders from focusing it.
The source in two unions said Singh’s statement might be directed at the support that came from the most unexpected side.
The Indian Defense Workers federation supported by Congress (INDWF), who opposed the previous steps, had changed their minds and agreed to corporate last month.
At a function to hand over the grenade made by the Economic Explosives Nagpur Limited (EEL), Singh said there was concern that workers could strike against corporatization, but they rather agreed peacefully.
Secretary General of the Leftist All India Defense Federation (Aidef) and RSS Bharatiya Pratiraksha Mazdoor Sangh (BPMS) said the union was forced not to strike because of the last minute regulations issued by the government.
When talks between the government and trade unions failed in mid-June, the latter had planned to carry out unlimited attacks.
However, in two weeks, the government comes with the Ordonance of Essential Defense Services (EDSO), which has now become an action.
The action strikes by employees in a defense establishment, including weaponry, illegal factories.
Reacting to Singh’s statement, maid leaders and BPMS said it was only because of Esdo, employees did not strike.
Corporatization will change OFB to PSU.
Unions worry that it can eventually cause privatization.
Previously, the three trade unions – Maid, IndWF and BPMS had threatened to strike.
After talking to the Minister of Defense on July 16, IndWF submitted its acceptance to corporatization, said the government had convinced to protect the interests of workers.
INDWF is the second largest unity at the weaponry factory.
However, if AideF and BPMS cadres are combined together, the IndWF number will be short, the union source said.
Two other fames have condemned the attitude with IndWF.
A letter issued by the Helper and BPMS said the President of IndWF and the Defense Minister had met himself and the decision to return the corporation was anti-work.
Indwf R Srinivasan General Secretary cannot be contacted for comments.
C Srikumar from Aidef said, “Such a statement should not come from experienced politicians such as the Minister of Defense.
The trade union continues to oppose corporatization.
Daylong protests have been organized again on August 27.” Mukesh Singh, Secretary General of BPMS, said the strike did not happen just because It has been called illegal now.
Being a government employee, they must obey the law.
Singh said it was only a unity supported by Congress that supported corporatization and not the rest.
