Lucknow: Rashtriya SwayamSevak Sangh (RSS) has decided to increase the workforce, especially consisting of women, and trains it to deal with Covid in terms of the third wave.
“Labor, known as ‘Maatra Shakti’ will be trained in Covid management at the village level.
The best village level doctor is equipped to provide mental and physical family hit by Covid,” RSS official said.
The training program from this workforce, said the source, will be completed at the end of July.
Russian volunteers are being discouraged about the action plan through a virtual meeting.
“In the case of emergency or health crisis, villagers can approach this volunteer that will be equipped to deal with them.
They are also taught lessons in Ayurveda,” officials said.
Because the Covid treatment protocol in the main phase does not call for the invasive treatment of a large number of drugs, village doctors can be trained to handle emergency cases with basic training in providing oxygen support.
People in the village can depend on practitioners during an emergency.
Almost all major frontal RSS organizations such as Rent Bharti, Arogya Bharti and Vanasthali Ashram, have been asked to focus on training and creation of new labor.
RSS Pejamin said that medical experts from these organizations were asked to train village doctors, Ayurvedacharyas and Vaidyas at the grassroots level in Covid patient management, while other members were asked to contact the Women’s Workforce Group.
Every village will have a maximum group of 11 members and a minimum of seven members.
They will be briefed about the initial steps that must be taken if the detection of covid patients in a village.
They will also be taught how to provide physical and mental support to the patient’s family members.
