Hyderabad: A total of 42 private travel agents piercing buses and taxis were booked by the State Transportation Department for Norma Flouuting during the crackdown on Tuesday.
The Road Transport Authority (RTA) has launched hard action on Tuesday on private travel operators who violated the rules and formed nine teams to prevent a violation of the ACT of motorized vehicles.
“Because this is Sankranthi’s season, we have stepped out to check private travel rider transactions that Plying between Telangana and AP.
Raids aims to operate illegally operating buses and vehicles that impose high tariffs without permission,” said an official from the Department of Transportation.
Authorities do inspections in several places on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
Official warned that private vehicle documents were being studied.
People are also advised to avoid traveling with such vehicles.
Officials also urge private travel operators not to violate the rules and to obey the action of motorized vehicles.
Hand action will continue for the next few days.
