Jaipur: Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) has revoked the rent given to the aim of the epitome to run four properties including 12 Heritage Hotel Jai Samand rooms and Motels and Guest Houses after the company’s internal committee found tenants who violated contract norms.
In the official order on August 11, RTDC Managing Director Ngikya Guhain told the reason for the cancellation of the rental highlighted how various departments such as forestry, water resources and administration of Udaipur District showed concern for construction activities that violated the law carried out by the company in the eco-sensitive zone.
In addition, the order said that License did not follow the contractual requirements and caused damage to the legacy structure and the style of the building.
