New Delhi: Calling Special Guidelines Regarding the Minority Percentage Students Minorities To be treated at Minority Institutions, the National Commission for Protection of Children’s Rights has highlighted that the exception of the right to education law is to seize benefits, including receipts under the quota for a weaker part economy.
A new study by NCPCR shows that in religious minority schools throughout the community, 62.5% of the student population are included in the non-minority community, while 37.5% belong to a minority.
Article 30 The Constitution states the minority rights to build and manage educational institutions.
Furthermore, in 2012, through amendments, institutions that gave religious education were released from participating in the RTE law.
Chairman of NCPCR Priyank Kanoongo noted that “because this creates a conflicting picture between the fundamental rights of children and the rights of the minority community, noted that many children registered with these minority institutions cannot enjoy the rights borne by other children RTE is” .
The commission was quoted that only 8.7% of students in minority schools belong to disadvantaged social and economic backgrounds.
