Patna: Even after a 23-day hose, the police have not been able to capture the conspirator behind the murder of Activist Motihari RTI Bipin Agrawal.
Most of the conspirators were suspected of being traders and Musclemen who had been troubled by Bipin through His RTI petition which resulted in the liberation of government plots that symbolized in Hariddhi.
Bipin (44) was shot dead at the entrance of the Hariddhi block office in the East Chamaran district on September 24.
Shooter, Manish Kumar aka Manish Patel (23), Neeraj Kumar Singh (22) and former Pramukh of Hariddhi Block Prasad (44)) was arrested at Motihari on October 1 because of their alleged involvement in murder.
A clerk, Rajesh Kumar Singh (44), was arrested a day after the murder.
Bipin’s wife and other family members have protested by blocking traffic in Hariddhi on Saturday demanding the arrest of a conspirator.
Timur Champaran SP Naveen Chandra Jha said the raid was being carried out to catch two more shooters – Sachin and Papppu.
