Mumbai: In a joint operation between Tardeo and Wadala RTO, a drive was carried out in Mumbai Middle on Friday to get rid of immoral operators carrying commuter illegally in private vehicles illegally.
Bharat Kalalasascar regional transportation officers said that the drive caused five private cars that operate in secretly on the omelet and neighboring areas.
“We have taken action against them because passengers teach illegally in private cars without permission.
We have also detained two vehicles,” he said.
The taxi union has complained about immoral operators who ferry passengers for the starting cost per seat.
