NEW DELHI: The standing committee on information tech on Friday lacked Twitter officials and also declared the laws adopted in the nation are greatest and the social networking platform should abide with news agency PTI reported quoting sources.

As per a note of this standing committee meeting June 18, its schedule is to”listen to the perspectives of representatives of Twitter followed closely by signs of agents of electronics on protecting citizens’ rights and avoidance of abuse of social/online news media platforms, such as particular focus on women’s safety in the electronic space”.
