Aurangabad: The Supreme Court Judge, Justice Dy Chandrachud said on Saturday that streaming Live rules have been formulated so the court can live telecast and add that “everyone in this country has the right to find out what enters the courtroom”.
In another significant announcement, he said that he had written to the main judge of all high courts to request that in January 2022 cases must be submitted in the district and the High Court.
“We have formulated direct streaming rules so the court can directly flow the process to the masses .
“The government is the biggest people.

Speaking at the event, Minister of Persistants Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju said that the Supreme Court had emerged as a legal leader with more than 96,213 virtual hearings until July 9, 2021, and had increased the cloud-based video conference infrastructure in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Supreme Court has listened to the case through video conferencing since March 2020 in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
