Mumbai: The accusation of the 21-year-old rape was accused of escaping from police detention in the Kandivalali Mumbai area, tracked into Vapi in Gujarat and was arrested again.
Avinash Yadav, tried to escape to his hometown at Uttar Pradesh, police said.
Yadav is having a relationship with a 17 year old girl.
After the two married, his family filed a complaint against him at the Charkop Police Station.

He was returned in police custody until June 30 by the court.

Yadav went to his sister’s sister and asked for his help.
His brother-in-law then decided to drive him up on his truck.

He broke down and admitted that her husband was kicking his brother up.
A police team then founded Nakabandis in various locations and intercepted trucks in VAPI on 2.
Yadav was arrested and handed over to the Police Kandival where a case had been registered with his escape.
