City: Maintaining the Indian and Russian embassies in the dark, Russian authorities buried Rajasthan Man 46 years old, whose family here had struggled to regain his body from the country to cremate him in his place of origin in Udaipur.
Apparently, the body was buried without asking permission from KIN, seizing a man from his fundamental rights from the last ritual in accordance with his religion.
Bitter Wahyu burial came with a letter to a dead man’s wife who was looking for power to senior officers to investigate the Moscow Department, Russian Federation, to explore the body to surrender to KIN in India for the last ritual.
Hitendra Liveria (46), a resident of Godwa Village in Udaipur, has gone to Russia in April this year through a travel agent to work.
Family members, on September 17, were informed through the local police station that Hitendra was killed in Russia and Russian police had restored his body on July 17.
Since then, family members have run from the pillar to post for Hitendra’s body, however, the Russian authority, lately, refused to send the body from Russia even after the investigation ended and asked relatives in Rajasthan to travel to Russia and conduct burials in the country they.
Following protests by Hitendra’s family members in New Delhi on December 4, before visiting the President of Putin Russia, the Russian Embassy and the Indian Embassy assured them to speed up the body’s delivery process.
KIN has also moved Rajasthan the High Court in Jodhpur begging for court intervention in facilitating the body’s return.
Hearing this problem, Rajasthan Hingh Court took a serious note about this problem and asked the center to take the best steps to bring back the remaining mortal tribal people from Udaipur.
The High Court, in the next hearing in this case on December 20, asked the center not to give approval for Hitendra Garasia’s burial ritual to the Russian government until the next date.
The next hearing date in this problem is January 4, 2022.
