Moscow: Islamic militants build their troops in North Afghanistan because US and NATO forces left the country and it was a concern for Moscow, the Interfax news agency quoted Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told Friday.
He said the Islamic state actively got the area in Afghanistan amid a withdrawal and what he described as an “irresponsible” attitude taken by officials in Kabul.
