PANAJI: Pernem Police on Wednesday arrested the National Mark of Russian Smyslov, currently living in Kannikwada, Morjim, because it has 500g narcotics suspected of being charas.
It was worth Rs 5 Lakh.
Pi Jivba Dalvi received a tip-off that Russia had hid medicine in the car she rented.
Smyslov was allegedly caught red-handed in the attack.
The defendant was detained.
