Moscow: The L-410 aircraft crashed into a city in the Tatarstan area on Sunday, killing 16 people and injuring seven, the news agency Ria quoted emergency services.
The plane had brought a group of parachute jumpers, the Ministry of Emergency said, according to the Tassutics news agency.
