Moscow: The Russian Coronavirus case hampered 7 million on Sunday, with a country that reported 18,645 new infections in the last 24 hours and 793 more deaths.
The latest numbers took the total number of cases to 7,012,599, with the death toll as a whole at 187,200.
Russian State Statistical Services Rosstat made a separate count and said in August that 365,000 people died of Covid-19 or related between April last year and last July.
The number of excess deaths, which some epidemiology is the best way to measure the death toll during the pandemic, reaching 528,000 in July, Rossat data shows.
