Moscow: Russian Emergency Minister Yevgeny Zinichev has died while trying to save a person’s life during training training in the Arctic city of Norilsk, the ministry said on Wednesday.
“Head of the Ministry of Emergency, Yevgeny Zinichev, tragically died to save a person’s life” during training in Norilsk, the ministry said in a statement brought by Russian news agencies.
