New Delhi: Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel Met Congress President Sonia Gandhi and also held a discussion with the Secretary General of AICC Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Friday, because the party rides its planning for the election of Uttar Pradesh.
Congress leader Rajasthan Sachin Pilot also met with the Chair of the Congress to discuss the minister’s overhaul in the state.
Above, the party sought to increase the campaign that began with the announcement of Priyanka poll promises and election demonstrations in recent weeks.
Baghel is a senior Congress observer for polls.
While Baghel Tweeted that he paid a courtesy visit to the Congress’s head, and also met with Priyanka, they were understood related to the planning of the state poll.
Meanwhile, the pilot meeting with the congressional leader was important because he had recently met with the Secretary General of AICC K C Venugopal, with a discussion that focused on Rajasthan’s affairs.
The pilot pushed for his loyalist accommodation in a reshuffle, a problem that was hanging fire because the compromise was beaten between the rival fraction led by him and the Chairman of the Ashok Gehlot Minister.
The pilot has rebelled with a group of MLA last year which almost dropped the state government.
CM Gehlot met the chairman of the Congress on Thursday.
