New Delhi: Special Holiday Court in Mumbai on Saturday beyond the former Minister of Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh in a 14-day trial detention in connection with the alleged money laundering case.
Sitre’s special vacation court judge rejected the request of the enforcement directorate for the extension of Dishmukh prisoners for nine more days and releasing them in custody justice instead.
Ed, who investigated this case, said that police officers Mumbai Sachin Waze (now dismissed) have played a key role in collecting “illegal satisfaction” from the bar owner while in services as directed by Deshmukh who at that time was Minister of Home.
‘Deshmukh Evasive’deshmukh was arrested by Ed on Monday night after 12 hours questioning.

“Then it was also revealed that money was also flown from Hrishikesh Deshmukh’s personal account, Salil Deshmukh (Anil Deshmukh’s children) and other Anil Deshmukh family members to these companies,” Ed said.
Even accused of Anil Deshmukh has transacted with several companies and cannot explain the reason (which) clearly shows the intention behind the rejection of Anil Deshmukh to the association with the company, said the probe institution.
Because he was asked about his finances and his account, Deshmukh said it would be guarded by a rented accountant, Vinod Hasani, said Ed, added that he had called Hasani for confrontation with the facts emerged during the interrogation of Anil Deshmukh’s custodian, the court was told.
Ed said other allegations, Sachin Waze, had an important role in this money laundering case because he helped gather illegal satisfaction from the owner of the Bar Mumbai towards Anil Deshmukh.
During the investigation, he was revealed that individuals had submitted a list of bar and orchestral owners in Mumbai to inspire Deshmukh’s instructions, Ed told the court, adding it to call this person to verify the same thing.
Ed further told the court that Deshmukh’s son Hrishikesh Deshmukh was called on November 5 to record his statement, but he did not appear.
Hrishikesh was called five times before and he had not yet appeared once.
Waze’s Custody ExtendedPatparat, another Mumbai Court was extended until November 13, police prisoners stung in different extortion cases registering at the Goregaon police station.
Mumbai police crime branch has taken Waze detainees on November 1 based on complaints submitted by Builder-Cum-Hotel Bimal Agrawal, where Param Bir Singh was also the defendant.
The police told the court that aborted, together with the police commissioner of Param Bir Bir Singh, extorting big money from Bookies Cricket by threatening them with arrests.
How this is done must be investigated, the court is told.
Further crime branch said they wanted to investigate whether Waze took money from anyone in Singh instance and who else, apart from Singh, denied in extortion.
