Ludhiana: Shiromani Akali Dal (Sedit) President Sukhbir Singh Badal on Friday announced SAD will move the resolution in the assembly session which will demand action against the Gandhi family at that time the 1984 genocide was carried out and the arrest of Tytler Jagdish and other Congress members were responsible for it.
Overcoming a press conference here on Friday along with the victims of the 1984 massacre, Badal said sad legislators would move the resolution in a special assembly session held on November 8 and that he would be forwarded in a round voice.
He said even though the role of the Gandhi family was well documented and clear that they had regulated attacks on Sikh and their properties in November, 1984 there was no action taken against them.
“It needs to be corrected”, he said besides demanding the direct arrest of Jagdish Tytler and other congress members involved in the massacre.
Badal also asked Charanjit Singh Channi’s minister and the leadership of the Punjab Congress to clear his stand in the appointment of Tytler to the top Congress panel.
“They must notify punjabis why they support this appointment”.
He also asked the minister to immediately reduce the state VAT on gasoline and diesel at 10 per liter.
He told the main minister in notes because he had said that the treasury was full.
“In this case he should not have a problem in influencing direct reductions in the state VAT on gasoline and diesel in the same pattern as carried out by the center and various state governments”.
Badal also announced at a press conference that the next SAD-BSP government would form a Kateam peerary welfare board to overcome the complaints of refugees that had migrated to the state after a systematic targeting of Sikh in 1984.
He said the board would be given funds to overcome all the problems of refugees.
While paying his respect for Lord Vishwakarma Badal announced that the next SAD-BSP government would form the University of Skill Baba Vishwakarma to provide technical training to young people to make them able to be employed in the industrial sector.
When asked about the president of the Pradesh Navjot Sidhu Congress, the sad president said the first was a missile wrong and could not be trusted.
“No one can trust Sidhu”, he added.
When asked about the Minister of Transportation Raja Garring, Badal said the first to act by vengefully against the leaders of the Acang even because he did not take any action against the Congress bus operator.
Badal attended the Bhog of Path ceremony held at Gurdwara Sri Singh Sabha, Dugri.
During the day, he also attended the Wiswakakarma Day celebration in various places in the city.
Badal also appointed Ludhiana Industrialist Gurmet Singh Kulent as an advisor in industrial affairs to him.
